Draper FlexShades Winner in Sustainability 2012 Contest

Sustainability 2012 Winner LogoDraper was recently recognized by Green Thinker Network as a winner of their 2012 Sustainability Contest. Our Interior FlexShades won the Window Screens and Textiles category. The purpose of this contest is to recognize the best sustainable products in the industry, and the winners are selected by visitors to the Green Thinker Network website. About Chris Broome

I joined Draper in 1994 and in my years here have worked in all aspects of the company's business. I’m currently responsible for sales and marketing of projection screens, window shades, and gymnasium equipment to the architectural channel. I previously worked as Export Sales Manager, overseeing the sales of Draper products in over 100 countries. I began my career at Draper as a Regional Sales Manager covering the Midwestern United States. Recently I have been involved in a number of initiatives to protect the environment through improvements to Draper products and operations. I’m one of 13 Draper LEED APs. I’ll be writing about topics that pertain to new construction projects and the green building movement. I’ll be highlighting things we’re doing at Draper, as well as projects we’ve been involved with, and general topics of interest.
