As we head into the final day of the Integrate Expo in Sydney, Australia, I have to say we’ve been having a blast giving our friends in Australia their first look at TecVision Engineered Screen Technology, up close and personal!photo 2

Draper is exhibiting alongside Wilson and Gilkes, our AV products distributor in Australia and New Zealand. Draper’s AV/Video Sales and Marketing Manager Bob Mathes and I have been pleased with the response so far, as have the folks on hand from W & G.

In case you aren’t familiar with TecVision, it is a family of viewing surfaces available in six formulations. TecVision features both white and grey 4K-ready surfaces, five of which are certified by the Imaging Science Foundation (ISF). Instead of using “mass-production” methods, TecVision screens are individually formulated, programmed, and manufactured for quality, consistency and uniformity.

TecVision’s ability to match a screen’s specifications to the room and the use has been the subject of a lot of discussions so far. During InfoComm 2014, TecVision received a NewBay Media “Best of Show” award from Government Video Magazine, and was also recognized as an “InfoComm Hot Product” by editors of the InfoComm Daily.

You can also catch our UL-certified Scissor Lift in action, along with W & G’s Axis VC Dual and digital signage offerings.

If you are here in Sydney for the Integrate Expo, you have one more day! Be sure to stop by Stand E24, where you will find us ready and willing to tell you all about TecVision, and Draper’s other AV products.
