I started my Draper career in the fall of 1999 by developing Draper’s first ever Continuous Improvement program. Later, in 2003, I was given responsibility for Draper Quality Assurance and helped develop what came to be known as the Draper Quality System by which the company operates today.
2011 saw me pick up an additional responsibility for heading up Draper’s Viewing Surface Development Initiative. My background in quality assurance and viewing surface development will serve as the basis for topics and content in my periodic blog posts.
On a personal note, I am married and have three boys, all of whom are active in academic and athletic endeavors.
