The Draper team in our 2011 ISE stand
What was the biggest audio visual show in 2011? It wasn’t InfoCOMM–though InfoCOMM is still an amazing, growing, exciting show. It was Integrated Systems Europe in Amsterdam. Cosponsored by InfoCOMM and CEDIA, ISE (#ISE2012 on Twitter) is now the giant of the AV trade, attracting over 35,000 manufacturers, distributors, dealers and end users in both the commercial and residential markets.
The 2012 show will happen next week, and it will be a huge event. It will nearly fill Amsterdam’s roomy 12-hall RAI, and Draper will be front and center in stand 1M22, near the front of Hall 1. The team in our stand is multinational, with five representatives from our Spiceland headquarters; six from Draper Europe, our manufacturing and sales facility in Halmstad, Sweden; three from Draper Group Ltd, our sales and distribution facility in Corby, UK; and regional managers based in the UK and the Netherlands. Personally, I will be making my second visit to Amsterdam next week, and I can’t wait.
