Today it is more important than ever that a manufacturing partner can deliver quality products on time. Here are some ways Draper delivers to make sure it’s business as usual for our customers:

Added capacity
Thanks to our shade customers, Draper has experienced rapid window shade sales growth, so we have been busy adding capacity to keep up. We’ve made investments in factory space, new equipment, and additional people. That means our production capacity has already been ramping up to handle higher volume, so we are ready, willing, and able to fill your orders!

Short lead times, good product quality
Many of our competitors continue to struggle with long lead times and missed shipping dates. But Draper can deliver! Because of our continued investment in equipment, people, and optimization of manufacturing processes, we remain confident in our ability to provide high-quality shading products when you need them.

Domestic partnerships
We still manufacture our shades in our Spiceland, Indiana, facility, giving us more control over quality and scheduling. We use quality fabrics from USA weavers Phifer and Mermet. Draper receives multiple fabric shipments from both companies on a weekly basis, so even if our vast inventory runs short, replacement fabric is already on the way.

Interior and exterior solutions
Sometimes the best solution for managing natural light and solar heat gain is interior shading. Other times, the best answer is an exterior solution. We offer flexible solutions for interior, exterior, and dual facade applications.

Your time is valuable. Draper has many tools to make it as easy as possible to work with us. Draper online allows you to get quotes and places orders. Use the Draper Pro Portal for order status, account information, and to make payments with a credit card.
