Designers of an Arizona-based gymnasium had included an elevated running track around the outside of the facility. There was a fold up divider in the center, and they also wanted some smaller dividers along the outsides of the track.

Another recent project gym features a large LED screen. Again, designers wanted a small divider curtain as the solution to protect the big screen from balls, etc.

These are just two examples of projects where traditional gym divider curtains wouldn’t work. Projects like this require a smaller and quieter solution that has a more finished look when the curtain is retracted.

Such requests led Draper to develop a new divider curtain solution for the market. That solution is the Paragon G.

When a typical unfinished gym divider is not a good fit, the free-hanging Paragon G Divider Curtain offers flexible design opportunities. Based on a line of large Draper projection screens, the Paragon G is housed in an extruded aluminum case that fully encloses the operating mechanism and rolled curtain.

The Paragon G can be suspended anywhere. It is ideal for small openings like stages, under elevated running tracks, dividing a small space, gyms, churches, or other areas that require a finished look.

There are several design differences that set the Paragon G apart from typical larger gym divider curtains:

• The motor is located inside the roller for quieter operation
• The roller and motor remain hidden in the finished case when retracted
• Optional wall-mounting brackets and ceiling trim flange kit increase your mounting location options
• With case dimensions of 13-1/4″ high x 12″ deep (34 cm x 30 cm), the Paragon G takes up less space
• Unit is UL approved and suitable for use in an environmental air space.

Like all of our gym divider curtains, the Paragon G is available in either all solid vinyl, vinyl coated polyester mesh, or a combination of mesh on the top and solid on the bottom.
