Additional capacity
Our current record level of shade production is part of a trend over the past few years. We have purchased more technologically advanced equipment, added staff, and utilized lean manufacturing principles to allow us to handle even higher volumes. We are ready, willing, and able to fill orders—most of them within 10 days!
Product quality
While we are shipping more shades than ever with the shortest lead times in the industry, you can continue to expect a high standard of quality. Because of our continuing investment in equipment, people, and processes, we are confident we will continue to provide high-quality products when you need them. Each shade that leaves our factory is inspected and operated by a Draper employee and every order is double-checked before being packed and shipped.
American-made partnerships
Unlike many of our competitors, we still manufacture our shades in the United States. This gives us more control over quality and scheduling. Draper receives multiple fabric shipments from American weavers Phifer and Mermet on a weekly basis, so even if a hole appears in our huge inventory, replacement fabric is already on the way.
