When things are at their busiest you can’t afford to be let down by overwhelmed vendors who can’t keep up.
Despite the cyberattack earlier this year, 2019 has been another year of tremendous growth for Draper, and we’ve been taking steps to make sure we can not only keep up but be ready for even more growth.
To help, we’ve done some reshuffling of sales territories, and added a new Regional Sales Manager to serve the Mountain States region of the United States.
Jill Kelly will focus on architectural products in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. She also covers Kansas City.
Jill comes to Draper with more than a decade of sales and marketing experience, most recently as Business Development Manager for fabric weaver Mermet USA. During her time at Mermet Jill often worked on projects with Draper.
“It’s great when you can bring in someone with relevant experience with your existing customer base and architectural contacts,” said Lee Denhart, director of sales for Draper. “We had the opportunity to see her in action supporting Mermet and us and were extremely impressed with her.”
The new position was created in response to continuing growth in the region, which has been especially strong in solar control shading.
“The Draper culture has been very welcoming,” said Jill. “I am excited about the opportunity to grow sales and increase my knowledge of Draper products and dealer knowledge base in the Rocky Mountain Region.”
