When you’re planning an LED video wall, choosing the display is only half the battle. You also need to select the right mounting structure to make the video wall installation a complete success.
LED manufacturers do make mounts for their own LED cabinets. However, there are times when those simpler LED mounts are inadequate for the application.
Walls are never perfect
Most walls are not perfectly flat. They may slant or ripple slightly, making the mounting surface uneven. In such cases you need the superior adjustability of Draper structures.
Meanwhile, if there is no wall structure capable of holding the video wall, you need a structure that provides additional support by attaching to the floor or ceiling. Another possibility is to bolt the structure to the floor and completely avoid walls.

Easier installation and adjustment
Less expensive or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) mounts may be more difficult to adjust because of oversimplification of design or “value-engineering.” Draper designs mounting solutions that provide optimal adjustment capabilities — not too much, not too little — to shave time and overhead from the installation process.
Beyond Basic
The power of LED is its unlimited capabilities. You can create a video wall in any configuration you want. It can be flat or curved. Draper designs mounting structures that allow your imagination to run wild without sacrificing installation, adjustment, quality, or safety.

A Compatible Trim Option
We are often asked to design a custom trim solution to work with an OEM mount. While we can do this, it is much easier and less expensive to use a Draper standard or custom mounting structure, because the trim has already been designed for maximum compatibility.
