Tri High Gymnasium

Tri High Gymnasium

Recently, Draper donated and installed some badly-needed equipment for the gyms at Tri Elementary and High Schools, the public schools that serve Spiceland and the surrounding area. New backstops, dividers, volleyball systems, and a practice cage added up to a nice upgrade for these facilities. It was our pleasure to help the local school where many of our employees’ children are educated and participate in sports.

In response, and to our surprise, the school hosted “Draper Appreciation Night” at a recent home basketball game. It was a great evening: our employees were invited to attend the game and visit the hospitality room at no charge, and a presentation was made to Draper representatives before the opening tipoff. Here are comments from some of the employees who attended.

I’m very proud to work for a company that not only cares about & goes the extra mile for its employees, but the local community as well. As a 3rd generation employee & Tri High graduate, I feel very blessed to be a part of this company & community. — Michelle Clapp, Shade Component Handler

I was really impressed with what Draper had done with the gym at Tri High.  It is so wonderful to know we (Draper) supplied the gym equipment we did.  Was pleased to have been a part of Tri High as a student and I am pleased to now be working for Draper to help be a support back to the school.  Congrats to Draper and Tri High both. — Amy Magee, Accounts Receivable

I think the appreciation night for Draper Inc by the Tri High School Athletic Department was great!  All of the coaches at Tri were very appreciative of what Draper has done for the school and the community.  Several of the coaches shook our hands and gave a sincere Thank You for all of the equipment and what it has meant to the students and the school.  I would also like to say Thank You to the owners of Draper Inc. for their generosity. –  Ed Smith, Production Manager

I am just glad that I work for a company that helps and appreciates the local community the way Draper does. — Randy Clapp, Shade Department Head
