We have shared about the local causes we support in Indiana and the United States. Today we have a story about our office in the United Kingdom, Draper Group Ltd. DGL is doing their bit to support Red Nose Day 2013, which will happen on March 15, by sponsoring Daniel Hughes and the Everest Millions with an Ultimate Folding Screen.

Red Nose Day is a major annual fundraising event in the UK, sponsored by Comic Relief with the slogan “Do Something Funny for Money.” Individuals and organizations nationwide plan Red Nose Day projects, seek sponsors, and contribute the proceeds. From Comic Relief’s website:

Red Nose Day is when the whole country gets together to have fun and raise life-changing cash. From fantastic fundraising feats to acts of downright daftness, it’s all back on Friday 15th March 2013.

We use the money you raise to transform the lives of countless people, both here at home in the UK and across Africa.

Daniel Hughes is a commercial pilot and a mountain climber on a mission. For the last two years he has been training to get himself super fit, holding fundraising challenges and also climbing some of the worlds highest and toughest mountains.

Next year he hopes to raise £1million for Comic Relief, by putting the first and highest Red Nose on top of Everest. He’s also going to push technology to the limits and hopes to offer a truly interactive experience of what it takes to climb the worlds highest mountain. Everest will have never been seen like this before.

He needs our help, and if you would like to support Daniel and Comic Relief, please donate on his official website
