Chad Tabor gave up his hair in honor of his youth team’s undefeated season. His own daughter took the first cut.

At 6’5”, Chad Tabor, (our Texas Regional Sales Manager) is a load on the basketball court.

I say this because I never hit my first free throw and always seem to end up on the “other” team when the Draper sales team hits the YMCA for our 6:00 am pick-up games. It delights Chad to no end when he sends my beautifully executed, double head fake, one handed reverse lay-up into the stands.

Aside from this one small character flaw Chad is an outstanding employee, great father, and a person that enjoys giving back to his community. Please read on below about his latest accomplishment.

Chad – Congrats to you and to the girls on a great season!  But the gift of revenge is mine–thanks to the girls’ efforts. I always knew you wanted to look like me! – Lee

Goodwin Brother’s Optimist Basketball Team 4-6th Grade Girls

I have been volunteering my time coaching my daughter’s Optimist Basketball team for three years now. It’s been a roller coaster ride as the first year we went 0-15, second year we were 10-6, and then this year was quite an amazing turn around. I knew going into this season that we definitely would be the favorite to win both the league and the tourney championship. So, I made an offer to the girls the first practice of the year that they couldn’t turn down. I told them that if they went the entire season without losing a game, I would let them shave my head!

I knew we had a great team but the odds of going undefeated were not in our favor, right? I mean that just doesn’t happen that often in any sport, at any age…right? Well, it happened. Our girls finished off an undefeated season at 16-0 and this week I stayed true to my word and they all took turns shaving my head!!! Great season, great story, great Scott…I have no hair.
