We had a lot of winners at InfoComm! Here’s the update:
First, Draper was nominated for some awards at the show. Terry Coffey wrote about my Women in AV award, but the company won too!
rAVe Publications ran a poll for their Reader’s Choice Awards. We were nominated for Favorite Projection Screen Manufacturer, and I’m delighted to say that we won! Gary Kayye reports that they had over 62,000 votes and that no duplicates were allowed. Those are some big numbers! Our thanks to everyone who voted.
NewBay Media presented the Rental & Staging Awards, and the Draper Carrying Case was selected as the Best General AV Product — Carts & Cases. These cases really are excellent, and were designed with input from our dealers. We are happy to have this recognition!
Now for the prizes that we gave away…$500 times 5!
Before the show, we invited you all to register for our preshow contest. Thanks to everyone who did! On Tuesday, June 11, we drew two of our preshow entries to win $500 Visa gift cards! Drum roll please…
These winners were Mike White of Multi-Media Solutions and Paul Brown of Shepherd Multimedia.
Everyone who visited our booth on Day One was entered in a drawing for $500 solely for that day’s visitors. The winner had to be present to win, and the first name out of the box at the end of the day was Antonio Prada, ASF Productions. Antonio was on the spot and ready to celebrate!
After the show ended, we drew two more winners from ALL the names of our visitors at the show. Those winners were Jens Hollich of J&S Audio Visual Communications and Chadi El Khoury of SmartEntity.
We also co-sponsored the InfoComm #AVTweetup and gave away a custom logo-printed VCB Traveller portable video conferencing background to one lucky attendee. That winner was Coleen Sterns Leith, president of Marketing Matters.
Congratulations to all our winners! Check the photos below. If you missed out, make sure you’re registered to receive our email notifications so you can enter next year!
